General Overview
Alpha is a Web3 UX layer that radically simplifies interaction with common web3 systems, such as staking, cross-chain swaps, and liquidity access. It uses Alpha Points, a unique internal system, to enable users to move across chains:no bridges, no wrapped tokens, no friction.

- Redeem ETH (testnet) once unlocked
- See some examples of how Alpha Points might be used and generated in the future.
Alpha binds together the fragmented ecosystems that make up web3. In essence, Alpha is like glue or a highway, which connects places together. Alpha simplifies interactions within web3, making it less daunting and more rewarding.
Alpha Points
Alpha Points (α4) are internal credits that:
- Reflect a user’s staked value
- Allow access to liquidity
- Power cross-chain swaps within Alpha
- Are not transferable or tradable outside the platform
No. Alpha Points are not ERC-20 tokens, tradable assets, or collectibles. They are account-level entries that stay within the Alpha ecosystem, which are synchronized across all chains boarded to the Alpha ecosystem.
They’re based on asset type, amount, staking time, and platform-defined weights (as detailed in the white paper). In addition, these points are dynamically assets via oracles when exchanged for assets.
Staking and Liquidity Access
You stake existing assets, like Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSDs) (e.g., stETH) into Alpha’s smart contract(s). The system credits you with Alpha Points based on the generation rate formula (see whitepaper).
Yes. Alpha lets you access pseudo-liquid staking by issuing Alpha Points as a loan against your stake. You can use these Points within Alpha immediately. When the original asset becomes withdrawable, you return the loaned Points to retrieve it.
After a grace period post-unlock, Alpha may reclaim the unclaimed stake to close the open position and preserve protocol integrity.
Bridgeless Architecture and Security
Alpha is different.
- No Wrapper tokens are ever used. controlled or offered by Alpha.
- No liquidity is managed by Alpha.
- Alpha is not a blockchain
- Alpha facilitates cross-chain interactions via oracles and relayers
Alpha’s smart contracts facilitate the generation of Alpha Points and the time-lock on staked assets. Naturally, these are low value target scenarios as opposed to liquidity pools or treasuries. While not impossible, the user-by-user balances and the non-transferable nature of Alpha Points greatly increases the complexity of performing a meaningful attack.

Yes. Alpha is designed to be accessible to all users, even those unfamiliar with multi-chain DeFi mechanics.
MetaMask, Phantom and other EVM-compatible wallets. Support for Sui-native wallets and zkLogin is on the roadmap.
Mobile UX improvements and mobile wallet integrations are part of the post-MVP plan.
B2B and SDK (Planned)
Yes, later. Alpha will offer:
- A white-label SDK for wallets and DeFi apps
- Ability to build into the Alpha Points system to offer perks, pools or others effects
- Seamless cross-chain functionality
- Custom branding options for partners
Soon! The Alpha SDK is under active development.
Governance, Revenue and Compliance
Planned revenue sources include:
- Micro-fees on cross-chain swaps (e.g., 0.01%)
- Fees on on-demand Alpha Point swaps (once $ALPHA is live)
- Priority Transfer channels (Default, Fast, Faster)
- Loan interest
Not yet. Governance will be introduced after the $ALPHA token launches and the initial roadmap is delivered, giving the platform sufficient time to grow. Governance will be rolled out in phases to ensure prosperity of the ecosystem.
Alpha doesn’t handle fiat or act as a custodian. It operates fully on-chain, and users are responsible for local compliance. Alpha is not an exchange, liquidity provider, token issuer, on/off ramp or other, more scrutinized, protocol types.
Ecosystem and Community Engagement
The MVP currently runs on Sepolia (Ethereum). We will be adding a cross-chain to Fuji (Avalanche) first, and branching outwards from there.
Alpha is a UX layer, not a swap or aggregator. It unifies cross-chain liquidity with usability and safety. Alpha is a facilitator and binding agent between all these parties that exists, giving users wider access to Web3 with less actions and variables to juggle.
